Research Interests:

I am mainly interested in navigation in cluttered and dynamic environments. In particular, I currently focus on
developing and employing state lattices in higher dimensions (position, heading, curvature, velocity, and time).
This allows me to plan provably optimal motions in intelligently discretized high-dimensional spaces.

Before, I briefly worked in several other fields, including control, where I developed a semi-autonomous parking
algorithm for Ackermann-like vehicles, and computer vision, where I devised an algorithm for the automatic extrac-
tion of checkerboards in distorted images. Visit my personal landing page for more information about me.
