Creativity is beyond doubt of high influence to competitive advantage for organizations. In this project we focus on the possibility of improving creativity of R&D teams by training.
Out of the stream literature and the existing flaws in existing training studies we propose a training concept for product development engineers. This concept was successfully implemented and tested.
