ASL’s PhD Candidate Philipp Oettershagen has been elected as one of the “30 under 30 in Science & Healthcare” for Europe by Forbes Business Magazine.

The nomination comes just months after ASL’s research on solar-powered unmanned flight has culminated in its fixed-wing team achieving an 81-hour continuous solar-powered flight, thereby setting a new world-record for flight endurance in the <50kg aircraft class with its AtlantikSolar AS-2 UAV.
